Return & Refund Policy

Mistakes happen or minds change! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please call us for a return authorization number. You may reach us at 331-442-9154.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during the return process.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we make a mistake).


Special order items (not listed on our website, but that we obtained for you) may NOT be eligible for return, based on our supplier’s policies. You will be notified upon purchasing if you item is non-returnable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you via email within 48 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

If you receive a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Full refunds are issued only if there is an error in fulfillment or manufacturer defect.
