This listing is for one brand new SPX Fenner Stone Power Unit with a built-in Limit Switch. Many 2-Post surface mount models made by Gemini Lift that have an overhead beam, require a power unit with a kill-switch. On these 2-Post lifts, a thin wire goes across the top of the lift, just below the overhead beam, from one column across to the other and then down to the pin (see picture) where the cable is tied on top of the control box. When the vehicle is raised and should the top of the vehicle engage the wire it will pull the pin and KILL the power before damage occurs to the vehicle, the lift or both.
This type of the power unit with the built-in Limit Switch can be used on ANY 2-Post lift with the same design as long as your running 230v Single-Phase current.
