Kit includes:

  • One (1) non-locking air control valve
  • One (1) exhaust muffler
  • One (1) 1/2″ NPT street elbow

Valve features three 1/2″ NPT ports:

  • Side air inlet from the air compressor line 
  • Bottom outlet to the cylinder 
  • Side port for the exhaust muffler

Installation Safety Protocol

The air exhaust muffler must be installed facing the floor, as pictured. To prevent air leakage, please use Teflon tape or other form of pipe-dope.

Full-hydraulic Lift

  • Air valve: locking
  • Oil control valve: yes

Important note:  The locking/non-locking air control valve question only applies to single-post, in-ground lifts, whether the lift is full-hydraulic or semi-hydraulic.  All other style in-ground lifts including two-post side x sides and two-or more post ~ fore and aft lifts, are ALL full-hydraulic and use LOCKING air control valves.   If you need clarification on this please call me at (331) 442-9150 before you buy.
